Duplex Comfort Quadruple

The layout

The Duplex Comfort Quadruple has 45 m² over two levels and sleeps up to 4. The mezzanine is reached by an internal staircase, which is worth bearing in mind with small children. In low season it starts at €105 a night.

If there are five of you, there’s the 50 m² Family Flat, with its own kitchen: in low season it costs €5 less.

With children

From 12 upwards, children pay the adult rate. A cot costs €15 a night: ask for it when you book and pay at the hotel. In summer there’s the 25 × 12 m outdoor pool.

At Christmas

During Arezzo Christmas City, from 14 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, the Medici Fortress hosts Father Christmas’s house (in Italian), open until 24 December. Over that period prices go up to €180–255 a night. Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival may not apply either: you’ll see the conditions when you book.
