Where is ASC Hotel in Arezzo?
At Via di Castelsecco 8/H, inside the Cittadella dello Sport, next to the Stadio Città di Arezzo. We are not in the historic centre: Piazza Grande, the main square, is 2 km away, 15 minutes on foot or 8 by bike. The railway station is 1.5 km away and the A1 Arezzo exit 9 km.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 7:00 to 10:00. Let us know your arrival time: reception is unstaffed after 20:00, so for late arrivals we send you instructions and leave your key at the desk by the entrance. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card, and you must be at least 18.
Is parking included?
Yes, parking is private and included in the price. The EV charging point is in the same car park.
When is the pool open?
It's an outdoor pool, 25 × 12 metres, open from the first week of June to the first week of September, 10:00 to 19:00. The rest of the year it's closed.
Is breakfast included in the price?
That depends on the rate you pick when you book: there is one with breakfast and a room-only one. Breakfast is a buffet, from 7:30 to 10:00.
How much is a night at ASC Hotel?
In low season the Comfort Double starts at €80, the Business Room at €83 and the Duplex Sport Twin at €86. The Duplex Comfort Double starts at €88, the Family Flat at €100 and the Duplex Comfort Quadruple at €105. At peak times, such as Arezzo Città del Natale (Arezzo Christmas City), prices are €180–255. Parking is always included, and the lowest rate is the one on the official website.
Can I cancel without paying?
Yes, up to 5 days before arrival. Some periods are exceptions, for example Arezzo Città del Natale and the summer: in that case we show you the conditions when you book.
Is there a charging point for electric cars?
Yes, in the car park there is a DAZE charging point run by Sagelio with two 11 kW sockets. You pay by card with no app and no registration: each socket has its own QR code to scan with your phone. The step-by-step instructions are at aschotel.com/en/ev-charging.
Is there a restaurant at the hotel?
Yes, it is open for dinner from 19:30 to 22:00, Tuesday to Sunday, and for lunch on Sundays too. Working lunches and group meals are by reservation.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, on request, with a €20 supplement per stay. Tell us when you book that your dog is coming too.
Is the Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free for all guests.
Is there a room with a kitchen?
Yes, just one: the 50 m² Family Flat, which sleeps up to 5.
Do the duplex rooms have stairs?
Yes. The 45 m² duplex rooms are on two levels, with the mezzanine upstairs. If you would rather avoid stairs, take the 22 m² Comfort Double, which is all on one floor.
Do you host sports teams and groups?
Yes. The Stadio Città di Arezzo is 2 minutes' walk away and the padel and tennis courts are in the Cittadella dello Sport. With Centro Vertex, next door, we put together stay packages with physiotherapy and athletic training. Send us your dates and group size.
How do I get there from Arezzo railway station?
It is 1.5 km: 18 minutes on foot or about 5 by taxi.
How much is the city tax in Arezzo?
€3 per person per day. Under 12s are exempt.
Cot and extra bed: how much do they cost?
A cot is €15 a night and an extra bed €20 a night. Both are on request and paid at the hotel. Children aged 12 and over pay the adult rate, so put the number and ages of children in your booking.
Do you have a meeting room?
Yes, we have meeting rooms for up to 12 people and a large room for up to 60, with a screen and sound system, for meetings and small events. The restaurant does working lunches by reservation.
