Where is ASC Hotel?
At Via di Castelsecco 8/H in Arezzo, inside the Cittadella dello Sport, next to the Arezzo city stadium. The old town is 2 km away (15 minutes on foot, 8 by bike), the railway station 1.5 km, the A1 Arezzo exit 9 km.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00, check-out from 7:00 to 10:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance; for arrivals after 20:00 check-in is self-service with the instructions we send you. At check-in you need a photo ID and a credit card. Minimum check-in age: 18.
Is parking free?
Yes. Private parking inside and outside, free, no reservation and no time limits. Minibuses and vans fit too. There is an EV charging point.
Do you have an EV charging point?
Yes, the hotel car park has a charging point for electric and plug-in hybrid cars, available 24 hours a day: two 11 kW sockets, pay by card via Sagelio with no app or registration.
Is the pool included? When is it open?
Yes, it is included for guests. It measures 25×12 metres and is open from June to mid-September, 10 am to 7 pm, with a lifeguard. It has two hot tubs and a sun terrace.
Is breakfast included?
It depends on the rate you choose: when booking you can pick the rate with buffet breakfast included or the room-only rate. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am; for teams and groups with early departures we open at 6:30.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are allowed on request; a supplement may apply. Let us know when booking.
How much is a night?
It depends on season and room. In low season a Comfort Double starts from €80 per night, the 45 m² Duplex rooms (Comfort and Sport) and the Business Room from €85–90, the Quadruple Duplex from €105 and the Family Flat for 5 from €100, parking included and breakfast optional (rate with or without). In peak periods such as Arezzo Città del Natale prices rise to €180–250. The official website always has the lowest rate.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 5 days before check-in. In some periods of the year, for example Arezzo Città del Natale and summer, different conditions apply and are shown when you book.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, an in-house Tuscan restaurant open for dinner from 7:30 to 10 pm, with athlete menus, vegetarian options and gluten-free dishes on request. In summer dinner is served by the pool.
Do rooms have air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes, all rooms have adjustable air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom with shower. The Family Flat also has an equipped kitchen.
Do duplex rooms have stairs?
Yes, duplex rooms are on two levels with an internal staircase to the mezzanine bed. If you prefer to avoid stairs choose the Comfort Double, on one level.
Do you host teams and groups?
Yes, it is our speciality: up to about 50 people with grouped rooms, restaurant meals, early breakfast, meeting room and use of the pool, gym and courts. Write to us with dates and numbers.
How do I get there from the station?
Arezzo station is 1.5 km away: 18 minutes on foot, 5 by taxi. For groups we arrange transfers on request.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, electronic invoices with company details at check-out or by email. We accept cards, cash and bank transfer for recurring stays.
How much is the city tax?
€3.00 per person per day, paid at the hotel. Children up to 12 are exempt.
Children, cots and extra beds: how does it work?
Children of all ages are welcome; from age 12 they pay as adults. On request and subject to availability: cot €15 per night, extra bed €20 per night, paid at the hotel. Please state the number and ages of children when booking.
Do you host meetings or small events?
Yes. Meeting rooms for up to 12 and a large room for up to 60, with screen and Wi-Fi; a restaurant for working lunches, company dinners and parties, garden and pool for summer events. Free parking for all participants.
