Two levels and a staircase
The Duplex Comfort Double is 45 m² over two levels, with the sleeping area up on the mezzanine. You reach it by an internal staircase, and that’s the first thing to know. If stairs are a problem, the 22 m² Comfort Double is all on one level.
Breakfast is your choice
In low season the room starts at €88 a night. Breakfast isn’t included in every rate: when you book, you choose between the rate with the buffet breakfast, served from 7:30 to 10:00, and the room-only rate. Private parking is included with both.
How far the centre is
The hotel is on Via di Castelsecco, inside the Cittadella dello Sport, Arezzo’s sports complex. We’re not in the old town: Piazza Grande, the main square, is 2 km away, 15 minutes on foot or 6 by car. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 7:00 to 10:00.
