22 m² on one level
The Comfort Double is the smallest room in the hotel at 22 m², and the cheapest: from €80 a night in low season. It’s all on one level with no internal stairs. Our three 45 m² duplex rooms do have a staircase up to a mezzanine.
When it makes sense
For a one-night stop on the way somewhere else. The Arezzo exit of the A1 motorway is 9 km away, about 12 minutes by car; live traffic is on the Autostrade per l’Italia website. Private parking is included. If you’re coming by train, the station is 1.5 km away, 5 minutes by taxi.

If you’re staying longer
For several nights, have a look at the Duplex Comfort Double, one of the three duplex rooms. In low season it costs €8 more a night and gives you twice the floor space. Our six room types range from 22 to 50 m².
