Arrival and departure

Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00. Please tell us your arrival time in advance; for arrivals after 20:00 we send self check-in instructions.
At check-in you must show a photo ID and a credit card. Minimum check-in age: 18.
Check-out from 7:00 to 10:00.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 5 days before check-in. In some periods of the year (for example Arezzo Città del Natale and summer) different conditions apply and are shown when you book.

Children, cots and extra beds

Children of all ages are welcome. From age 12 they pay as adults.
Cot on request: €15 per child per night. Extra bed on request: €20 per person per night.
Cots and extra beds are subject to availability, are not included in the booking total and are paid at the hotel. Please state the number and ages of children when booking.

City tax

€3.00 per person per day, paid at the hotel. Children up to 12 are exempt.

Pets

Pets allowed on request. A supplement may apply.

Payments

We accept credit and debit cards, cash within legal limits and bank transfer for recurring stays. Electronic invoice on request with company details.
