Space, which is rare in hotels
Our family rooms are not a double with an extra bed. The Family Flat has two real rooms with a door between them and an equipped kitchen; the Duplex Quadruple has parents on the mezzanine and kids on the ground floor. All with adjustable air conditioning.
Outside the room
A thousand square metres of lawn, the pool from June to September with shallow end and lifeguard, the restaurant with a children’s menu and the buffet breakfast (optional with the rate). Free parking removes the old-town problem.
What to do nearby
Arezzo is 2 km away: Piazza Grande, the antiques fair on the first Sunday of the month, the Giostra del Saracino in June and September. Cortona is 35 minutes away, Florence one hour. On the blog we publish child-friendly itineraries.

Up to 5 in the 50 m² two-room Family Flat, up to 4 in the 45 m² Duplex Quadruple. Cot (€15 per night) and extra bed (€20 per night) on request; children up to 12 are exempt from city tax.
Is the pool suitable for children?
Yes: it has a 1.20 m shallow end and a lifeguard on duty during opening hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Can we have dinner at the hotel with kids?
Yes, the restaurant has a children's menu and high chairs. Pizza and homemade pasta are the most frequent requests.
