The Family Flat is 50 m² in two rooms, with a fitted kitchen. It sleeps up to 5. With small children the kitchen matters: you can make their food in the room, and if they are tired in the evening you can eat in.
The Duplex Comfort Quadruple is 45 m² on two levels and sleeps up to 4. A cot costs €15 a night and an extra bed €20: ask for them when you book.
At the hotel
In summer there’s the outdoor pool, 25 × 12 m, open from the first week of June to the first week of September, 10:00 to 19:00. Breakfast is a buffet from 7:30 to 10:00 and isn’t included in every rate: you choose when you book. Private parking is included, which is one less thing to think about with a boot full of luggage.
What’s on in Arezzo through the year
Piazza Grande, the main square, is 2 km away: 15 minutes on foot, 6 by car. From 14 November 2026 to 6 January 2027 Arezzo Christmas City runs in the old town, with Santa’s House in the Medici Fortress and an ice rink. The Giostra del Saracino, a medieval jousting tournament, is held twice a year: on the penultimate Saturday in June and the first Sunday in September. On the first Sunday of the month and the Saturday before, the Arezzo Antiques Fair is held in Piazza Grande and the nearby streets.

How many people can stay in one room?
Up to 5 in the 50 m² Family Flat and up to 4 in the 45 m² Duplex Comfort Quadruple. A cot is €15 a night and an extra bed €20 a night. Ask for them in advance; you pay at the hotel.
Do children pay the tourist tax?
Not if they're under 12: the city tax is €3 per person per day, and under 12s are exempt. From 12 upwards children pay the same as adults. For the room price with younger children, ask us for a quote.
Can we cook in the room?
Yes, in the Family Flat, which has a fitted kitchen. If you'd rather not cook, the hotel restaurant is open for dinner every day except Monday.
Can we bring the dog?
Yes, on request, with a supplement of €20 per stay. Let us know when you book.
