If you’re in Arezzo for a construction job, a project, a course or a period of medical treatment, you can stay with us and skip setting up utilities. Wi-Fi is free, private parking is included and you can use the hotel gym. The buffet breakfast (7:30 to 10:00) isn’t in every rate: you choose.

If you want to cook, there’s the Family Flat: 50 m² across two rooms, with a fitted kitchen. If you work from your room and need space, the Business Room is 50 m² too.

Room cleaning between 10:00 and 14:00

We clean the room between 10:00 and 14:00, when it’s empty. Laundry is available on request, for a fee. In summer you can work in the coworking space and have a swim in the pool. To get into town without a car, the city bus lines are on the Autolinee Toscane website, which also explains the “Urbano Capoluogo” ticket you need in Arezzo. On foot, Piazza Grande is 15 minutes away.
