Train, recover and sleep in the same place

Centro Vertex is Arezzo’s physiotherapy, osteopathy and athletic preparation centre, right next door to the hotel: same street number, same car park. It belongs to the national Top Physio network and has a dedicated sports division with a physiatrist, physiotherapists, an osteopath and a posturologist.

The packages

Together with Vertex we build a programme around the athlete’s or team’s request:

  • Preparation: functional and postural assessment, training plan, gym and pool sessions.
  • Recovery: cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, manual and instrumental therapies (laser, tecar, shock waves) after races and heavy loads.
  • Return to play: coming back from injury with physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, in a place where you sleep, eat and train without moving.

The stay includes room, breakfast, restaurant meals with athlete menus, pool and gym; the Vertex programme is quoted separately according to the sessions.
