Gym and yoga
Indoor gym for ASC Hotel guests only, plus yoga or pilates sessions at the hotel. Centro Vertex, a physiotherapy centre, is next door.
The gym
The gym is indoors and for hotel guests only. If you want to know what equipment there is before you travel, ask us on WhatsApp at +39 0575 21643.
If you’d rather train in your room, the Duplex Sport Twin is 45 m² on two levels, with two single beds and a training area on the mezzanine. If you run or ride a mountain bike, tell us how many kilometres you want to cover. We’ll make you a GPX route to suit, out in the countryside around Arezzo or close to the centre.
Sessions at the hotel
We run yoga or pilates sessions at the hotel. To find out when the next one is, ask at reception or message us before you arrive.
Centro Vertex, next door
Next door, at Via di Castelsecco 8/G, is Centro Vertex (in Italian), a centre for sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation. We work with them on athlete training packages that combine your stay with sessions at the centre.
